Refund policy
We hope you will love your body care products as much as we do. As our products are made with natural products and are made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept or process refunds for used or opened products.
New customers should please read about the ingredients list on each product page to inform themselves of the use of each product. You can also purchase our discovery set if you wish to try out the products before committing to a purchase.
If you do want to return any of our unused products, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be at the customer’s expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not opened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not take the responsibility for any products damaged whilst in transit for returns.
Please note, returned items are not to reused or for resell but are disposed appropriately.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
